Samantha Bowers
is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She grew up as a three sport athlete and has always had a love for living an active lifestyle. Samantha began modeling at the age of 15 and was later crowned MISS MISSOURI TEEN USA 2014. Her passion lies in encouraging others to pursue a healthy lifestyle; whether it may be an in-person client, a group fitness class, or through her fitness and wellness blog, "The Fit Brunette," where she shares healthy recipes, workouts, and lifestyle tips. Samantha now works as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor at the University of Missouri. She has been featured in the IDEA Fitness Journal and has appeared as a fitness contributor to the morning talk show "Better Kansas City" on Kansas City's CBS affiliate station.
Throughtout her personal experiences and working with clients over the years, Samantha has developed The Balanced Body Training to help women of all fitness levels achieve confidence, balance, and develop a love for living a healthy lifestyle.
