Hi, I'm now living alone and only eat with others whenever I go out, or invite friends & family over - so basically, I'm now eating alone about 80% of the time. Obviously, I need to get better at this...I seem to be tossing out/wasting a lot of food. I find it nearly impossible to make a recipe that serves less than 4 - and after 3 days of the same thing, I don't want to look at it any more. I started going for take out, but that gets very expensive - I do economize by saving some for the next day. After living in Italy for awhile, I wasn't used to American sized portions. It seems that every thing is sold in large sizes, except processed cans of soup or frozen meals. Luckily, it seems that small tubs of hummus last for awhile. I eat a mostly whole foods diet - do not like processed food much. All suggestions appreciated. Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. Hello, Can I have some carrot sticks and yogurt?" This cry from pint-size hockey players may soon replace the familiar whine for hot dogs and fries with gravy in Durham Region arenas. The local health department, looking for ways to combat an epidemic of childhood obesity and flabby adults, is about to launch a "healthy eating" program in local arenas This follows an extensive survey of arena patrons that showed more than 90 per cent of those who take their kids to the rink want healthier choices at the snack bar. Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References:- http://talkingallergies.allergicliving.com/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=1332 Logistics System Video Thanks

Hello, I have been doing the Wai Diet for about 5 months and have had incredble success with it. I'm not a person that needs to lose weight, so the diet has nothing to do with that for me (though I have seen others on this diet lose weight). I'm doing this diet for my health and I have seen incredible results. I didn't really eat "bad" before and actually how I ate prior to the Wai Diet was probaby better than most people, but now my diet and health are at a whole other level. This diet is essentially a raw food diet that consists of fruit, nuts, and animal food. For More Details:- Technology Explainer Example Thanks
