Calling all pizza-lovers! I am SUPER excited about this recipe, because the ENTIRE pizza is only 260 calories! Loaded with veggies and high in protein, this pizza is the perfect way to satisfy that pizza craving while sparing loads of carbs and fat.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- 2 1/2 cups grated cauliflower
- 1/3 cup egg whites
- 2 tbsp fat free mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp onion salt
- 1/4 tsp basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp black ground pepper
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup fat free mozzarella cheese
- 8 turkey pepperonis
- Veggies of your choice (I used chopped green peppers, white onion, cherry tomatoes, and black olives)
Microwave grated cauliflower for 5 minutes until soft. Pat cauliflower dry with paper towels, and let cool for 10 minutes. Stir in egg whites, cheese, garlic, onion salt, basil, and pepper until dough-like. Line a baking sheet with foil, spray with cooking spray, and press dough into a circle on the pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 450 degrees or until crust is crispy.
Take cooked crust out of the oven and top with all toppings. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until lightly browned and cheese is melted. Slice it up and enjoy!
