Arctic Zero: Dessert FIT for Your Goals


I have a MAJOR sweet tooth - and ice cream is definitely my favorite sweet treat! But a pint of regular ice cream - Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough flavor, for example - is 1,080 calories and 100 GRAMS of sugar.
