Happy Sunday! This Morning's Full Body Cardio Workout

Happy Sunday! This morning I did a cardio workout that was packed with full body toning exercises. I love these kinds of workouts, because they always leave me feeling accomplished and drenched in sweat! It took me about 45 minutes, but pace yourself as needed to finish all of the sets of exercises. Here is the full breakdown:

Equipment Needed: Treadmill, 20 lb dumbbell (this is what I used - YOU use the weight that best suits YOU and your fitness goals), staircase
0-5 minutes: Run/jog on the treadmill to warm up
15 burpees
20 full extensions (holding 20 lb dumbbell)
Repeat three times
Run up and down the stairs for 2 minutes
Speed walk on an incline for 2 minutes
20 lunge jumps
20 side crunches (holding 20 lb dumbbell)
Repeat three times on each side
Run up and down the stairs for 2 minutes
Speed walk on an incline for 2 minutes
20 squat jumps
50 flutter kicks
Repeat three times
Run up and down the stairs for 2 minutes
Speed walk on an incline for 2 minutes
Jog for 5 minutes
Walk at a slow pace for 2 minutes to cool down
