Happy Sunday! This morning I whipped up some chocolate oatmeal for a quick post-cardio breakfast. I think one of the common misconceptions about eating healthy is that it takes too much time and preparation. But this flavor-packed bowl of oats only takes 3 minutes to cook, and only about 5 minutes TOTAL to prepare! Here is the simple recipe.
- 1/2 cup old fashioned whole grain oats
- 3 tablespoons natural unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons stevia
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Microwave for 3 minutes and top with strawberries, roasted almonds, dark chocolate chunks, and blueberries.
