Calling all COOKIE LOVERS!

 

That's me. I LOVE cookies. My sweet tooth is to blame! I always crave either a fresh baked warm cookie or the dough itself. There is nothing better than a spoonful of chocolate chip cookie dough right out of the freezer, right?

 

But unfortunately - cookie dough (or warm cookies) doesn't always align with my fitness goals. I strive to eat a very clean diet that is high in protein and healthy fats, yet low in sugar. When I am looking for a snack, I always go for foods that will keep me full and satisfied until my next meal and I have found that when my snack is high in fat and protein, I do not get hungry as quickly as I usually would.

I made a healthy single serving peanut butter cookie on my Instagram story awhile back and it was SO popular! After I made it, I realized it would only be available to view for 24 hours, so I wanted to make a full YouTube video demonstrating that recipe as well as 3 of my other favorite cookie flavors:

 

Peanut Butter

Chocolate Chip

Double Chocolate Chunk (to die for)

and... Snickerdoodle!

 

These cookies all use minimal ingredients and take less than five minutes to make. I am a huge fan of nut butters, so each of these cookies has either a peanut butter or an almond butter base.

While these cookies are made with healthier ingredients, high in healthy fats, high in protein, and low in sugar, they are fairly calorie dense. I eat these cookies for breakfast, as a snack, or even as a meal replacement. If you want to make one for dessert to eat ON TOP OF a meal, I would suggest halving the portion size.

 Healthy One-Minute Peanut Butter Cookies

2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter

2 tablespoons stevia

1 tablespoon liquid egg whites

 

Guilt Free Super Quick Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 tablespoons creamy almond butter

2 tablespoons organic coconut flour

2 tablespoons stevia

1 tablespoon liquid egg whites

1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips (or dark chocolate chunks)

 

Clean Eating Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies

2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

2 tablespoons all-natural unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tablespoons stevia

1 tablespoon liquid egg whites

1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips (or dark chocolate chunks)

 

Sneaky Healthy Sweet Snickerdoodles

2 tablespoons creamy almond butter

2 tablespoons organic coconut flour

2 tablespoons stevia

1 tablespoon liquid egg whites

*For a fluffier cookie, add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in each recipe.*
