No equipment at-home exercises you can do ANYWHERE! Get your blood flowing before your main workout with these quick, high intensity warm up moves. Check out the video below!

Do each move for 30 seconds.

1. Lunge with knee drive

2. Split lunge jumps

3. High knees

4. Butt kicks

5. Jump rope in place

6. Power skips

7. Jumping jacks

8. Standing oblique twists

9. Squat with side kick

REPEAT for an extra challenge!
