Blueberry Vanilla Immunity Smoothie


It's that time of the year again. I swear September hits and my body goes: "Oh look it's fall now, time to get the seasonal head cold." Resting may be the most DIFFICULT part for me when I get sick so I aim to fuel it with foods that will keep my immune system strong. I made this Blueberry Vanilla Immunity Smoothie on my Instagram story yesterday with Hush Up & Hustle's Blender Bombs & it's the PERFECT combo of superfoods for an immunity boost. Helen of Hush Up & Hustle reached out to me and told me about her Blender Bombs and I was immediately interested. - 1 Blender Bomb by Hush Up & Hustle

- 8 ice cubes

- 1/2 a banana

- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

- 1 tablespoon rolled oats

- 1/2 tablespoon almond butter

- a handful of spinach

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 2/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk


BLEND all the ingredients until smooth and enjoy! Time to say bye to the seasonal head cold.
