It is OFFICIALLY fall! Fall is one of my favorite seasons (second to summer). But lately we have been having super hot weather in Kansas City and I almost feel like it's warmer outside NOW than it was during the summer months!

 

I am definitely more of a "warm weather" kind of girl. I LOVE outdoor workouts and these beautiful temperatures have been perfect for my sweat sessions outside.

I am one of those people that just loves to sweat. To me, working out and sweating are relaxing and a way to detox my body & clear my mind. But, sweating can wreak havoc on your skin if you don't properly cleanse after a workout - ESPECIALLY an outdoor workout when there are harsher environmental factors that can cause skin damage. 

 

But, who says you have to sacrifice being active and taking care of your body physically for the sake of your skin? I truly believe that your skin is a direct reflection of your lifestyle. The foods you eat, the amount of water you drink, how much sleep you get, and the products you use are all HUGE factors in achieving a healthy glow.

Between my own workouts and leading personal training sessions and group workouts, I spend a lot of time sweating. Being active is something I value so the last thing I want is to fear sweating during a workout because I am worried about causing a breakout on my face. If you are like me, you need a skincare routine that fits your lifestyle.
