How to Crush Your Goals in 2018 | Goal Setting & Productivity Checklist
Happy 2018! The start of a new year is the perfect time to set your intentions for the next 365 days and really focus on developing a strategy to accomplish all that it is you want to achieve. I believe the most effective way to make progress towards your goals is to set smaller goals that act as mile markers on your way to reaching your larger goal. EVERY day is an opportunity to make a small change or a small step in the right direction. Eventually, those small steps add up!
I know it's easy to SET a New Year's resolution - but sticking to one can be a different story. We have ALL been there: you start a new journey and at first your motivation and enthusiasm are high, but as the days go by the newness and excitement can wear off. If this starts to happen, it's important to remember WHY you started. When you know your why, it is easy to find motivation to press forward and continue making progress.
So, where do you start? One thing that has helped me stay on a direct path towards what it is I want to achieve is actually writing my goals down on paper.
