These Strawberry Cheesecake Energy Bites were one of the recipes in the Love 2 Move guide and they are definitely one of my new go-to snacks. Seriously, these things are the DEFINITION of simple. They only have six ingredients and make the perfect on-the-go treat! I love to store them in the refrigerator or freezer for an extra creamy and cool snack to satisfy my sweet tooth. All you have to do is throw all the ingredients in to a bowl, mix it up, and roll them in to bite-sized balls. The main ingredients are greek yogurt, coconut flour, and vanilla protein powder; so they are grain-free, gluten-free, and do not have any added oils. To make these dairy-free, all you would have to do is sub the greek yogurt for almond or coconut based yogurt. Oh yeah, and they are 55 CALORIES EACH.
I repeat: 55 CALORIES EACH. No, this is not a dream and these are in fact real. Check out the recipe below!
