There is NOTHING better than a healthy dessert that can be made entirely in a blender. It's no secret that I have a sweet tooth; and cookie dough is one of my biggest weaknesses! You do not have to sacrifice eating the foods you love to live a healthy lifestyle. This cookie dough recipe uses chickpeas as its base and creamy, natural peanut butter to give it an extra cookie- dough-like texture and flavor.

I like to make this on the weekend and store it in the refrigerator or freezer for 3-4 days to have on hand as a healthy way to satisfy my sweet tooth.
