Chocolate, chocolate, and MORE chocolate! This Greek Yogurt Brownie Freezer Fudge is literally a chocolate lover's dream come true. I consider myself a chocolate enthusiast so... these are one of my favorite desserts, snacks, or even breakfasts!

I am all about balance and eating intuitively. I eat some form of chocolate EVERY day! If there is one thing I have learned over the years, cravings will only get worse if you do not listen to your body. Now, I am not saying to eat whatever you want whenever you want it because you were "listening to your body." There is a difference between being mindful and not depriving yourself of the foods you love while living a healthy lifestyle and going completely overboard. That being said: there are ways you can satisfy a sweet tooth with HEALTHY, nutritious foods that will actually help you reach your fitness goals. These fudge cups are the perfect example of a healthy dessert that is low in sugar and high in protein, yet still gives you a cold, creamy, fudgy flavor and texture to keep you satisfied. They are only 55 calories and 3 grams of sugar each!

These are SO easy to make. I love freezer foods because pretty much all you have to do is mix all the ingredients together and pop them in the freezer. The hardest part is being patient enough to wait for them to freeze!

These fudge cups use greek yogurt to get their creamy, cool base and a combination of protein powder and unsweetened cocoa powder to get a rich chocolatey flavor. There are over 5 grams of protein in each of these cups, which makes them perfect for a breakfast, dessert, or even post workout snack to keep you full for a longer period of time.
